This page outlines the terms and conditions for using the GNG website and purchasing GNG products. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
INTRODUCTION
By placing an order with GNG – Gratitude Not Greed, you agree to the terms displayed on our website. These terms apply to all purchases made through gngclothing.uk.
ORDERS
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that your order has been received, not that it has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider, Stripe. GNG does not store full card details.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Measurements may also have small manufacturing tolerances. Every product page lists the materials, fit and care instructions available at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING
UK orders are carefully packed and dispatched via tracked delivery. Pre-orders require approximately 3–4 weeks for production and are dispatched as a priority once stock arrives. In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 working days before dispatch. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
PRE-ORDERS
For pre-order products, estimated production and dispatch periods are provided before purchase. These dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be updated by email.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed once the return has been inspected and approved.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All GNG branding, designs, images, product photography and website content are owned by GNG or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They may not be used without prior written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. GNG’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
