PRIVACY
Privacy Policy.
This page outlines how GNG handles personal information. We only use your data where necessary to process orders, provide customer service and communicate with you.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect personal information you provide when placing an order, creating an account, joining our mailing list or contacting us. This may include your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order history.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Personal information is used only where necessary to process orders, provide customer service, communicate with you and operate our website. We do not sell your personal information.
EMAIL MARKETING
If you join our mailing list, we will use your email address to send you updates about releases, restocks and news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email.
COOKIES & ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT
We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential for the website to function, and to measure how the site is used — including whether our advertising brings visitors here. With your permission, we share limited measurement data with Google (Google Ads) for this purpose; nothing is sold. Visitors in the UK and Europe are asked before any advertising measurement runs, and can accept or reject equally. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer, and manage other cookie preferences through your browser settings.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Where required, information may be shared with trusted service providers such as payment processors (Stripe) and delivery companies to fulfil your order. These providers only access the data they need to perform their services.
DATA RETENTION
We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining order records for legal, tax and customer service requirements.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@gngclothing.uk.
